Refund policy
We DO NOT accept returns at this time. The only criteria we allow for a return is if you receive an item that is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We allow our customers 10 days after receiving their item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at info@defisupps.com with a subject line of 'Return' and include photos and a description of your return request. If your return is accepted, we will issue a full refund on your original payment method and we will send a replacement product at your request. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
